My name is Bill Black, I was born and raised in Vancouver, Wa. and very proud to call the Northwest home. I have a wonderful 12 year old daughter that I love to spend time with and think she is the greatest kid in the world ( a little bias I know!) and a 10 month old dog that keeps getting bigger and bigger and he was suppose to be a Chihuahua/Americaon Eskimo- or a Eskihuahua! But looking more like a black lab every day!
I love what I do as I am the Branch Manager/Owner as well as a Certified Mortgage Planner in the State of Washington and a licensed Mortgage Banker in 34 other states- soon to be nationwide. I am very fortunate to be able to guide my clients toward their dreams of home ownership and am very passionate about what building my business to be the best.
I take great pride in my educational approach to mortgage planning by making sure that all angles of my clients business matters are well taken care of by like minded professionals. I constantly stay on top of industry technology and pass this on to my clients as well as referral partners. I feel when I obtain a client that client is for life.
My recent with a specialty in Fannie Mae Direct lending along with Loan Modifications and Short Sales have been keeping me busy offering seminars and educational webinars to the public as well as professionals.
